Makeup Treatments & Prices

Makeup is my biggest passion. My other passion is only using the best makeup on the market. For this reason, I have chosen Jane Iredale as my principal brand. It is a 100% natural mineral skincare makeup, recommended by plastic surgeons, dermatologists and skin care professionals.

Jane Iredale makeup is oil-free, has no synthetic ingredients, no perfume, no chemical dyes or chemical preservatives. It uses only concentrated pigments to give weightless coverage and is non-comedogenic (doesn’t block pores). Jane Iredale bases are also breathable, enabling the skin to function normally and protecting against environmental pollutants. The formula is anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial, making it suitable for acne-prone skin.

I also use luxury and professional brands such as Anastasia Beverley Hills, Huda Beauty, Morphe, Violet Voss, Tarte and Laura Mercier, to achieve the best possible finish and look.

Trial Bridal Make-up - 1 Hr 30 Min - £65
Bridal Make-up on Wedding Day - 1 Hr - £90
Bridal Party Make-up (per person) - 45 Min - £65

T's & C's

The maximum number of people for make-up is 7 (45 mins pp)
A minimum of 5 people are required (Bride + 4 Party members) or booking equating the same monetary value of £350.
Locations over a 10-mile radius from Kingsbridge are charged at £20 an hour for the round trip.
A booking fee of 50% (of the total price of the makeup application for your entire party), is payable to book your date. It is not possible to hold a date for you without the booking fee being paid. The booking fee is non-refundable. The total balance is payable 6 weeks before the wedding.
A trial makeup session for the bride is obligatory to ensure the required look is achieved on the wedding day. This service can be carried out at my studio in Thurlestone. Payment for the trial session is payable in full at the time of the session.
If you wish to add additional people to your booking, this should be done a minimum of one month before a wedding, or one week for occasion makeup, otherwise it may not be possible to accommodate them. A booking fee of 50% will be payable for any additional people added, unless the booking is made within 6 weeks of the wedding, or one week for another occasion, in which case the full fee will be immediately due.
If you need to cancel a person from your booking, please do so at least one month before the wedding date or one week before the occasion date, or the full fee for that person will remain payable.
If you need to cancel your entire booking, this should be done at least 6 weeks before the wedding date. anything under the full fee will be charged. If it has already paid, no refund will be given.
It is important all members of the party arrive on time. Latecomers may not be accommodated or risk running late.
In the improbable event, it becomes necessary for Lumin to cancel your booking; any payments made will be refunded in full. Please note, this excludes the trial makeup session if it has already occurred. Every effort will be made to find you an alternative makeup artist.
Travel costs are charged at £20 an hour for the round trip for more than 5 miles (by road) from Kingsbridge. In addition, any accommodation, toll, congestion or similar, necessary expenses incurred, will be added in the total charges payable. If such costs are likely to be necessary, you will be informed in advance wherever possible.
